Due to the nature of our products being perfume, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final.

We take the utmost care to ensure that all products are accurately described and photographed, and we strive to provide excellent customer service. If you have any questions or concerns about a product, please contact us before making your purchase.

In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We may request photos or other documentation to assist in our investigation. If we determine that the product was damaged or defective at the time of delivery, we will work with you to provide a replacement or store credit.
